This is an
agreement between The Lake District Guide and Your Business for the
provision of advertising space for Your Business by The Lake
District Guide on the Lake District Guide for a period of one year
from March 1 2009.
The space
provided by The Lake District Guide will be available to you on the URL
https://www.lake-district-guides.co.uk/accommodations/hotelsselfcater.html
and will
contain appropriate text up to a maximum of 300 words and a minimum
of three images describing the property or business you wish to
feature.
Your
Business will submit text and up to three photographs in jpg
format featuring the business. These images will be displayed at a
minimum of 250 px wide.
The Lake
District Guide will make every effort to ensure the site is available 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year, but accepts no responsibility for losses
caused by or attributed to temporary downtime due to loss of server
availability or failure of internet connections. A back-up server
with a complete copy of the Lake District Guide is available at
short notice in the event of a prolonged loss of site uptime; any
days lost before and during any switch over to back-up servers will
be added to the period of this contract free of charge. (Uptime is
currently running at 99.9% over the last twelve months.)
This contract
is not assignable to other parties, and may be terminated at 24
hours’ notice by either party. In the event that RPB Internet
terminates the contract, any monies paid in advance for the
unexpired period of the contract will be returned to Your
Business. In the event that Your Business terminates the
contract, any monies paid in advance for the unexpired period of the
contract will be repaid less an administration fee of £15.
The cost of
this service for one year is £60 paid in advance by PayPal or by
cheque to The Lake District Guide at the address below, or by 12
instalments of £5 per month by PayPal subscription.
